dota 2 network pockets are delayed...

pockets become delayed whenever I switch to another window, use it for some time and get back to the game

Can confirm the issue since the update where amd low latency was added on windows.

Althought i'm not sure it's a network packet issue but more of the game waiting to be in focus again to render : if I spy the game windows when minimized with OBS for example, i can see it stopping "rendering" the game, for example you can see it with the match clock that barely update.
