Clients such as Steam and Uplay doesn't load

Using the program makes clients such as Steam and Uplay unusable, checked their their sites on browser and they seem to be working fine.

both service and the cmd versions causes the same problem
Can't confirm myself (Using service). Maybe you are filtering all traffic? This can cause problems (at least I had with DPI Tunnel on Android). If so, try using filterlist
In the *.cmd file you use, find the start "" goodbyedpi.exe -5 ... line, change the -5 to -4 (or -4 --wrong-chksum), so it looks something like this:
start "" goodbyedpi.exe -4 --dns-addr 77.88.8.8 --dns-port 1253 --dnsv6-addr 2a02:6b8::feed:0ff --dnsv6-port 1253
