Data: XM, TC6, M3D issues

XM handbrake doesn't work at all, TC6 either or is very weak
for M3D if you change wheels type, then front right wheel rim is 2x bigger, weird
M3D wheels type issue was due to custom wheel mesh testing code remainders. Seems like it breaks scaling for procedurally generated wheels. Need to investigate.
