Northwest region section name error

What is the bug/error?
Northwest region (land) appears only partially due to an error in the region name.
What is the expected functionality?
Should be displaying the northwest region of the UK.

(e.g. vMATS, eAIP, etc.)
File changes (if known)
Sector file.
Worth leaving the issue open until merging the linked PR closes it :)
