Delegated airspace change between Cardiff and Bristol

What are the suggested changes?
Cotswold CTA-12 east of Bristol/Cardiff buffer to be moved to Bristol APC airspace from FL105 and below.
Diagram below shows overall delegation (pink is the relevant change) but only the Cotswold CTA 12 section is the only change.
It appears also that the delegation of the Cardiff airspace east of the buffer (below FL105) also isn't yet reflected in the sector file.
(be aware that if an enhancement relates more to personal preference - such as colours - the issue may bear discussion)
