Improve Introduction

Hey @UsuaOSilver , you did a great job at this. I have some minor suggestions. Like a more formal introduction, and I believe its better to have the problem described during the beginning of the the article rather than later.

Also, the Readme can be just about the article with a mention of Crystalize. Maybe having your content in the Readme would better suite it as an information repository.
