BrowserslistError, Outdated Dependencies.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
In application of react-fullstack-basic teamplate, I was getting error BrowserslistError: Unknown browser kaios which was resolved with upgrading packages, this bug may affect other users so it's better to applicate a quick-fix of browserlist.
Versions (please complete the following information):
- OS:
Windows 10 graphql-cli:3.0.12browserlist
To resolve this issue I've used an yarn upgrade.
