Utilise a google cloud bucket storage to store stamp image and QR code images

Proposed Solution

Acceptance Criteria

• Once event created through form, the images should be uploaded to the google cloud storage bucket
• retrieves stamp image url and QR code image url from google cloud storage bucket when /api/get-all-events is called
• utilises new api route /api/get-all-events-v2
