Update netCDF general description in readme?

Although it is mostly the same info, I just wanted to share that I overall prefer the choice of keywords and their corresponding descriptions on https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/. Perhaps the readme language 12 could be updated to better match that on that page?
