Keep app version (if specified) as part of URL

When running a non-default version of the app, such as https://foodbank.click/index260.html the URL rewrites omit the non-standard index260.html. As a result, any time a page is reloaded, the app suddenly changes to the default version found in index.html.
Try to use multiple versions of the code using a version in the path.
