UI is non-responsive after edit

Intermittent: After editing using a pop-up window and closing the pop-up, the screen is unresponsive - cannot scroll or click on other controls
Problem observed multiple times, but steps to reproduce are unknown.
This issue should be resolved for all modal windows. Material UI modals change the scroll settings of the body and don't return to the previous state.
