I keep getting an ISO14443-4A (Unknown) code when scanning NFC. Any idea why after installing Xtreme firmware this is happening to me? Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you are running into issues that don’t seem to be in the official docs or the various ReadMe files from firmware creators or code developers, please describe your issue or question in as much detail as possible, and we will try to help.
This isn't something I am aware of, unfortunately. Few questions:
- Is this issue happening on other firmwares, such as Unleashed or Official? (If so, then it's likely an issue introduced from Official and it may be better to reach out to them for a fix and to file a bug report.)
- Does this happen for all NFC scans or only certain ones? (If only certain ones, what are you scanning?)
If this issue is NOT happening on other firmwares, I'd recommend trying a different edition of Xtreme. (It's possible a bug was introduced.) If you find this is only happening in Xtreme, I'd recommend opening an issue on their page.

Its fixed in latest Xtreme release, you can close the issue
