Update vulnerable npm dependencies

We have at the moment over 2400 vulnerabilities among dependencies:
found 2429 vulnerabilities (1613 low, 88 moderate, 725 high, 3 critical) in 1749 scanned packages
We should lower that number as soon as possible (ideally to 0).
