Add option to mark DS as deprecated

As @marcintreder mentioned in #66 (comment), we wouldn't like to remove DS even if it's no longer actively developed.
The simplest idea we have and where we do not need any design changes is to add (deprecated) after the packages' names.
Accordingly to the projects, on the main list and on details page should be visible badge if DS is deprecated.
