Table header flickers when scrolling

Firefox on macOS. Using position: sticky would be preferable to current JS solution.
Hey! AFAIR I tried position: sticky, but I couldn't get to the full functional result (freezing first two columns and having sticky header). I don't have a bandwidth to dig into it deeper at the moment, but we're open to PRs! :)
