No longer able to interact with the "add server" button

After adding the URL of the server, I'm not able to add it to the list. The button doesn't actually look clickable. I'm running the latest version of uProxy on a Nexus 5X.
Oh shazbat - all works when I build from master but not when I install via the Play Store. I think some assets must be missing in our release build. Investigating.
OK I believe I have a solution but it took a little longer than expected so will have to push an update tomorrow instead. Thanks again for the report!
