[HOME] - Add team member not working

• Buttons didn’t change, each stayed faint after text was entered.
• When using ‘Enter’ key to complete, it cancelled out of the screen. Had to click OK.
• Didn’t save the added member.
• Went back to the previous screen without keeping the name entered.
