@JSousa-UoL will try to resolve issues #72, #83 and #128 in the following weeks. fetch.py approach, roi tools and unit tests to use real data

First milestone set: https://github.com/QIB-Sheffield/WEASEL/milestone/1
Continue developing the ROI overlay and add new visualisation features. 3-planar view (axial, coronal, sagittal) and multi-dimensional view (multiple sliders).
Add histogram visualisation of the ROI to Weasel.

Normative Data Upload and Phantom Upload SOPs - need testing and feedback when possible to acquire data
New version 1.8 released. Virtual workshop will be happening in September 2021.
Anonymisation script - PatientID and PatientName - it was agreed to add XNAT 'subject' variable to PatientID and XNAT 'session' variable to PatientName.
