Add detailed testing to streaming Waterfall objects

Similar to rawspec_testing, add the following tests to blimpy tests test_waterfall2.py.

For a storage Waterfall object and a stream copy of that object,

• Compare selected header fields.
• Spot check the corresponding data matrix elements.
