we need to create a document of types of questions users may have regarding the app itself, data privacy, how to best use the app, etc.
todo:
- research questions users may have concerning issues like data privacy, how our metrics are accurate, how to use the app, our methodology, etc
deliverable:
- presentation with reasoning behind the questions you have chosen.
I have drafted a google doc including different formats we can use for the FAQ page as well as different types of questions associate with some categories - General Info, Your Account, The App, The Glove, Troubleshooting, and Contact Info. The google doc is in the software folder of the M2M google drive or you can use the following link:
