Set up DOTween for all movement and scale speed and spawn locs to screen size

Use DOTween to control the movement of the order ticket, toppings (once implemented), etc
We also need to spawn every object at specific locations depending on the screen size
Also need to scale movement speed; for example, have the pizza travel from the left edge to the middle in exactly 1 second
