Doublequote, ampersand, greater than (etc characters) fails to render

When & " < > ' \ / characters are used in templates they fail to render correctly in certain play / update commands and json / xml data format combinations.
Fixed in 1.0.4 - also requires "spx_cmdhandler.1.2.js" to be used with templates.
