Docs aren't available on cocoadocs.org

It says on the readme that we can see the docs on cocoadocs.org, but browsing to http://cocoadocs.org/docsets/TMCache/ produces a 404 error.

Waiting to hear from the cocoadocs folks on this: CocoaPods/cocoadocs.org#32

Should be up soon. In the meantime all the docs are included in the repo.
