Algorithm caption alignment

There seems to be an issue with the alignment of algorithm captions. They seem to be vertically centered at the top border of the algorithm, rather than being top aligned like other figures:

test.pdf
test.txt

It looks like this can be fixed with \setfloatalignment{t}
