Config file

In the documentation it is written that the config file is called using "$CONFIG/trueBlocks.toml"
In my case, echo $CONFIG gives nothing, the above path doesn't exist.
In the other documentation here https://trueblocks.io/docs/install/install-troubleshooting/#installing-build-tools, I found out that the config folder is the following /.local/share/trueblock. The toml file was located there.
If it's not just me, the doc should be updated. I can update it myself, I'm just not sure how best it should be explained.
