opengraph stuff so that it doesn't just say "Music Routes Playlist Generator" but rather says stuff like "Music Routes Playlist connecting Fhqwhagads to Jake & Joe". Image would be nice too. Logo to start, but if you can pull an image of the start point out of Freebase, even better.

Doubtful that Facebook crawler can handle JS-generated markup. Unless/until we get a server-side implementation hosted somewhere, this will probably have to be static for all Facebook shares. Meh.
