report in the minibuffer where a task was move to during org-gtd-process

The current behaviour is to move the task, and go to the next. The minibuffer has a cryptic message from org mode such as:
Copied: Subtree(s) with 168 characters
Instead, report the buffername or filename and project where the task was moved to.
On more investigation, this message is not coming from the refiling. It is coming from creating the buffer to process the next entry in the inbox.
