Steps to reproduce the issue

I updated my windows to 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034204), and now my taskbar don't work

Expected results

for my taskbar to be clear

Actual results

it encountered a fatal error

Windows version

Windows 11 SV2 (builds 22621-22622)

Other details

It also says 0x80070490 Element not found
