[Bug]: TranslucentTB does not make the taskbar transparent.

  • I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

App settings not working to make taskbar transparent.

Expected results

TranslucentTB does not make the taskbar transparent. Sometimes it blinks and the bar disappears, but most of the time it looks like acrylic.

I'm not sure if this might have to do with my version of Windows 11 but the version number in winver is 23H2 (22631.2861).

Me 23H2 too [22631.3235]. There is a bug where TranslucentTB works intermittently. @sylveon do you have a permanent fix for it?
