[Bug]: Failed to set hook so that CAN'T Running with Error Code 0x80070005

- I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Run TranslucentTB, even when running as an administrator.
Expected results
TranslucentTB is running normally.
Actual results
A pop-up error message box appears as shown in this image.
TranslucentTB has encountered a fatal error and cannot continue executing.
Failed to set hook.
0x80070005: Access is denied.
Windows version
Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.
Other details
Windows 11 Home Chinese version 23H2 22631.3593
The option "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" is enabled, and not joined the Windows Insider Program.
Already update to the latest Windows as of May 28th.
TranslucentTB version: 2024.1 On GitHub Releases
Install by running the file bundle.msixbundle.
I'm very glad to share the Output Log file, but so sad that I don't know how to get it. (T_T) I'm looking forward to hear how should I do.
Before this issue posted, I tried some possible solutions:
- Downgraded Microsoft PowerToys from 0.81.0 to 0.79.0, because I updated PowerToys before the Error happened.
- Read this website on Microsoft Community, and did it.

Luckily, I used CCleaner's registry cleaner to clean the registry just now, and the issue has been resolved.
