[Bug]: created Autostart task, but now get the welcome popup when boot is completed

- I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Windows 11 23H2 22631.3447 build here (dont have an Insider program but apparently this is a Insider Build if I interprete this website correctly)
So I downloaded and installed the app (several times already) and it works fine when I set my preferences, but if I restart than my settings disappear (eventually i also get error messages and cannot enter my settings anymore, thats why I installed it several times). I cannot use the Start on Boot option, since it is greyed out in my private hom desktop (strange but okay). That's why I created a Task Scheduler task and this start the app on boot. However, I now always get the annoying popup as if I just installed the app, which ruins my desktop experience.....I just want my settings to quietly load and the app to just stay in the system tray without popups....
Expected results
Startup of the app with no issues (no settings disappearing or errors, no popup when startup, no grayed out Boot option)
Actual results
Startup of the app with the popup, which ruins my desktop experience. Disappearing or faulty settings
Windows version
Windows 11 Insider builds (builds 22623 and up). Please mention exact build.
