[Bug]: Keyboard only works once to configure setting in the app, after tyhat i have to restart OS

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I resinstalled TranslucentTB several times on my PC after formating and it always has the same issue: I can only use keyboard one time to change values, like setting an specific alpha to the color using number keys orr even using arrow keys to change hue/alpha. After I use it one time and close the app, keyboarddoes not work anymore, I have to restart Windows in order to it works again.
Also, I got a question: Why Win 11 23H2 does not support blur mode?

Expected results

Keyboard inputs working everytime(dont know what to write here)

Actual results

Keyboard inputs only working one time.

Windows version

Windows 10 2004-22H2 (builds 19041-19045)
