Support for VST3 CV ports

Might be due to JUCE side, not sure, but pluginval does not support VST3 ControlVoltage audio ports.

actually might be an issue on my side, but I am having a hard time actually verifying if things are setup correctly.
are there any vst3 hosts that support CV?
Not that I know of and yes, it's not really supported by pluginval as JUCE hosting doesn't support it.
