add info about disabling system libraries to troubleshoot wiki

I had the same issue as #103.
Since Lutris by default wants to use system libraries this is probably a problem for many. As such, there should be a section under "Troubleshooting" on the wiki that addresses this.
Updated the troubleshooting section of the wiki under "Not using Flatpak"
