A ReferenceError that has been fixed in midi-file, but still remains in Tonejs/Midi

There's a certain bug that existed in midi-file some time ago, but was fixed with this commit. However, Tonejs/Midi's implementation still uses the unfixed version which may cause problems with certain MIDI files.

I couldn't find the midi-parser file itself in this repo, so I'd assume that it must be fixed by the contributors.
