Added a tier 4 jetpack to my chest plate and I'm able to turn the engine and hover mode on and off but still cannot fly.

Playing MC Eternal Lite version 1.3.8.1, Tinkers' Construct version 1.12.2-2.13.0.183, and Simply Jetpacks version 1.12.2-2.2.14.67.
