Make use of PyBoy GameWrappers to extract information about gameplay

Doesn't look like there's any pokemon gen 2 wrappers in there yet, ideally we could extract info about current pokemon team/stats/inventory- but it looks like the gen 1 wrapper only has data for grabbing the collision/walkable areas
