support for doing action more than once

Similar to #3 but maybe a x2, x3 option that will repeat the previous action twice in one turn
Closing this as not planned (may revisit it later) because I don't think I'll be implementing this for the pokemon bot and I think we'll rely on #20 for increasing the number of actions taken
