Remove Akavache

Akavache adds some complexity to persisting preferences - a simple JSON file should be juset fine for that. The only invaluable thing it adds is seamlessly caching downloaded posters, but soon those will be embedded. When the app architecture will be refactored, it will be easier to remove it.
The app will be completely rewritten as a web app, thus all opened issues are being closed.
