Missing discord-rpc files from repo

Wanted to slightly edit this to add more hotkeys for convenience but compiling via cmake is impossible due to the discord-rpc (.h and .lib) files missing from the repository.
sorry, because of the release of 2.206 this discord rpc is not available yet, but I will port it soon and next time I will add all the sources
