10.5 Leopard, Intel : auto add application bug

when world of warcraft is listed in the auto add list, and i open all 5 
instances of wow, it will add 
finder+4 copies of wow. 

if i need to restart an instance of wow (1 of my 5 open)  when i close that 
window, it will be 
removed from the list in clonekey,  when i reopen the wow, it will add a 
process id of an existing 
process id already in clonekey, but not add the new one.

seems like clone key;s auto add is always 1 processid behind?  if that makes 
sense

MacPro (early 2008) 8core 2.8, 10gigs ram, nvidia8800gt, only processes open 
when multi 
boxing is finder (of course, thats a given), 5 copies of wow, and clonekey.  
all other apps are 
close/quit.
