New feature: XOXO 2015 opt-in attendee directory

- List of all makers whose twitter handles are from the XOXO list

Talked to Andy last night. XOXO has new privacy terms around the attendee directory (thanks to GG attacks) and he was super-apologetic, but this landing page would violate that opt-in privacy policy.
He offered to link to attendees' Makerbase profile from the directory if it exists, but we'll need to provide an API for that that would accept a Twitter username (or ID), and return that person's Makerbase URL if it exists or indicate it does not.
This would be way less useful than a full project listing and a lot more of a load on our server - over 1k API requests per attendee directory page load. Not sure what to do about that.
The other option is that we create our OWN opt-in XOXO 2015 page, and explicitly ask and get people to opt into getting listed on it.
Confirmed with Andy that if Makerbase had a checkbox for XOXO attendees to explicitly opt into an Unofficial XOXO 2015 Makerbase page, that would be kosher.
