"Get started" instructions not entirely clear

I think you copied the "Getting Started" section from the _s repository but just changed it to say _tk. underscores.me can't generate the _tk theme.
The only option is to perform all the find/replace actions in the _tk theme itself.

I agree that the getting started instructions are unclear. They mention that I can build an underscores theme from the site, but then how would I combine it with what's here to create the final product?
The find/replace instructions aren't quite right either. Following the directions a couple of times now and I get a broken theme (white screen o' doom).
"find/replace instructions" are just left the same as for _s theme, sorry will be changed!
