[BUG] Camera does not open in application

Describe the issue
When using a barcode scanner within my application, it functions smoothly on mobile Chrome browser. However, despite enabling camera access in the device settings, I encounter an "Permission denied" error within my application. I suspect this issue may be related to permissions settings within the application itself since a pop up that is usual on Chrome does not appear on the application.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Navigate to a website or application requiring camera access, such as https://webcamera.io/.
• Despite granting camera permission in app settings, there is no prompt to allow camera access within the application or website.
