App crashes when clipboard clearing is enabled

Describe the bug
All non input keyboard app cannot clear clipboard starting from android 10+
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open LTEC and go to setting enable clean clipboard
- Try to use LTEC to clean up unnecessary files
- Then app will not working
Expected behavior
You need add notice all android 10+ user due to google restriction all non keyboard input apps is no longer able to access and manage clipboard

Additional context
Based on my observer there is nothing that developer can do but developer still need to add notice and (or) Warning that android 10 user cannot use any non keyboard input app to clear clipboard due to google restriction

My idea is add keyboard input inside the app if possible only for clearing clipboard this will usefull for non rooted user
Rooted user should able to do this easily without issues
For latest version app will never work again after using it for first time no matter what setting you using
