No notification to update

I received a notification to update vitashell 2.00 to 2.02 I accidentally clicked no and that notification has never been seen again. I have turned Disable auto-update on and off, restarted vitashell and restarted the vita and have never been asked to update ever again.

I'm having a similar issue, I got h-encore and vitashell 2.00 on 3.65 using Final h-encore (v1.92) and I am not getting any notification at all.

I needed to redo h-encore because I factory reset at 3.65. However, if I use Final h-encore on 3.73, I do get the update notification right away while starting vitashell 2.00. What FW version are you running?

Perhaps it would be nice to add an option to manually check for an update?

EDIT
I already fixed this myself. I had a suspicion RawGit may have dropped TLS < 1.2 silently. Lo and behold, when I installed iTLS-Enso and rebooted, I instantly got the update notification and could install. This also explains why I did get the notification on 3.73, as that has 1.2 support built-in IIRC.

So, this might mean everyone on 3.60 without iTLS-Enso cannot update VitaShell easily at the moment?

EDIT 2
It's not exactly that the support for TLS < 1.2 got dropped, just that raw.githubusercontent.com now 301 redirects to github.com.

So, this presents exactly the same issue as back in 2018.
