Some games can't re-install

I use pkgj download and istall [PCSH10067]Secret of Mana (3.61!+)(3.67), it can run normally.
but:
step1. Rename the game folder: ux0:app/PCSH10067pp
step2. Uninstall the game in vita desktop
step3. Rename the game folder back: ux0:app/PCSH10067
it can't be re-installed by refleshing the livearea in vitashell ! All I can do is re-download the game in pkgj!
I do this because I often rebuild vita database for gpu crush which I severely thought it caused by using repatch plugin,
and while I abandoned the plugin,the gpu crush problem was gone for a long long time by the way!
I also test other games,like [PCSB00056]A-men,it can be re-installed
My vita system is 3.68
