DLC won't install, be it from NPS Browser, or PKGj

Have started with a fresh, different, well-known microSD card (SanDisk), tried re-installing nonpdrm and the PKGi config.txt, both manually and through Autoplugin, and I'm only able to install Games and Patches.

Cannot download or install DLC.

Am on h-encore 3.68.

You don't need to do that. Just update the bubble as if its a real game nonpdrm only.
