Really zoomed in screen since installing the patch, not so zoomed in after disabling it.

I'm at work now so I'll upload pictures when I get home. I'm using the USA isos if both games, lcs and vcs, both show the same issue. Before the patch the issue wasn't there. I have restarted my vita just in case it was that but still the issue persists. I deleted the isos and I'll transfer them to the vita again when I get home just in case that it fixes the problem somehow.
The screen looks really zoomed in and the map minimap shows itself as one giant rotating image when outside a safe house. The pause screen is only less than 1/4 of what it should really be. This happens in both games.
UPDATE: now the pause menu and the game looks fine after deleting the patch from the folder and everything.... But the game ui (mínima and health bars, etc) are completely messed up. I don't know if this is a consecuence of the patch or what. This didn't happen before.
