Interactive on windoza is confusing - need to type some char to actually respond etc

I finally got this script to continue once I found out that I could type any character in before the press enter and it would continue processing. If you just press enter, it just drops the cursor down.
Ehhhh i'm aware of that and idk what to do about it :/
Could you change it to something like: Would you like to proceed? [y/N]
I would suggest modifying the question a bit as for a while I thought it just wasn't functional. Even a question that is like "Press any character and then Enter to continue" would be good. Sure it may seem odd, but it's more clear to the user that simply pressing Enter alone won't solve it :)
